Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only, right across the country. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $6.95 on every order, our Premium Tracked Delivery. The same rate applies no matter the size of your order.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then transit takes a further 4 to 7 business days. All told, most orders arrive within about 5 to 9 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST begin processing the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships tracked, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched. You can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us at hello@julian-giraldo.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order is on its way, it cannot be changed, but you are always covered by our 40-day returns.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can return any item within 40 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at hello@julian-giraldo.com and we will guide you through it. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is covered by the customer, and there is no restocking fee. If a return is due to a fault or an error on our part, we will cover it.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and is inspected, your refund is issued within 2 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

We are sorry if that happens. Email us a photo at hello@julian-giraldo.com within the 40-day window and we will arrange a full refund or a replacement, no return needed.

Product & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Belts are measured to the centre hole, so order the size closest to your trouser waist. If you wear your trousers low or sit between sizes, size up. Each product page lists the sizes available for that piece.

How should I care for my leather?

Wipe clean with a dry cloth, and condition it occasionally to keep it supple. Good leather develops a natural patina over time, so a little character with wear is part of the charm.

Is everything in stock?

If a product is listed as available on its page, it is in stock and ready to ship. If something sells out, the option will show as unavailable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your details are handled securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
